IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Admission to the congress will not be allowed without badge identification.
  • Accompanying persons/guests cannot access the Congress area except for the Welcome reception.
  • It is important that prior to applying for your visa, you register and pay for your Congress registration. Only then will you receive a letter (via e-mail) that can be used to support your visa application. For more information, please check our TRAVEL INFO / visa regulations page.
  • Proof of student status is required to be eligible for the respective registration fee (Student ID or a letter from the Head of Department/ prepared on the notepaper of the institution).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Registration must be submitted by secure online registration. Registration must be completed by May 31st, 2018 to incur early bird rates. After this date the rates will increase as per the table above.
  • Registration will not be confirmed until the full registration fee is paid.
  • A confirmation form will be sent by e-mail. If you do not receive any confirmation of your booked services within 14 days, it is your responsibility to check back with the organizer. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is considered final and cancellation conditions will apply as soon as the registration process is finalized.

It is the responsibility of all registrants to ensure that they have all necessary documents required to enter Croatia. The process of obtaining all required documents may take up to several months, so it is recommended that participants plan appropriate action accordingly. To secure your place at the congress, please make your payment within 5 days of registration. Registration forms received without payment will not be confirmed until the payment is received.
Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your registration form.

The re-issuing of an invoice incurs a 50 EUR handling fee.

 

Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and VAT rate.
